The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming, with colorful and vibrant common areas that made me feel cheerful and at home. The seating areas outside were especially delightful, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with manageable distances to walk and no major obstacles in the pathways.

I would have appreciated if there were some more options for transportation or a shuttle service, as the taxi fares were expensive, especially for senior travelers like myself. Having a convenient and affordable transportation option would have made my vacation even better.

Large and strong beds, spacious rooms, good ambiance, hospitable management, common meeting hall. Super comfy beds, good food, great coffee, helpful staff, spacious common room with mountain view. Clean, comfortable with nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Quiet location to relax.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with attractions like Chettiar Park and a temple nearby. It was also within walking distance of Kodai Lake, Bryant's Park, and Coaker's walk. The staff was very friendly and cordial, making us feel welcome. The food served at the hotel was delicious, especially the Maggie noodles and masala tea. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place.

The rooms at Zostel Kodaikanal are simply amazing! The bed linen is so cozy and comfortable, it feels like sleeping on a cloud. The mirror in the room is super handy, making it easy to get ready in the morning. I absolutely loved my stay here!

Not a fan of the mirror in the room, but that's just my personal preference. Others might find it useful.

The location of our accommodation was perfect, not too far from the lake and not too close, allowing us to enjoy the best of both worlds. the community room provided a cozy and spacious area for us to relax and socialize with other travelers. the cleanliness of the hostel was also commendable, as the rooms were well-maintained and the common areas were kept tidy.

The limited food options and north Indian-oriented menu was a drawback for us as adventure travelers looking for a variety in cuisines.

my second stay in kodai, but zostel surpassed expectations. amazing property, helpful staff, and zain made our stay super comfortable. met lovely people and enjoyed delicious food amid the fogs. go for it folks!
